I think I’ve successfully changed my sleeping pattern. Nowadays, I cannot sleep before 12.30AM and wake up before 7.20AM. It’s not like I’m going to be late for class or anything and I really don’t like having 20-30 minutes extra time after I’m ready to go to campus cause going early to class doesn’t help much. Still in my condition of not having food when I wake up at 7 or 8 in the morning on weekends sucks. Nothing opens that early around here all week long other than the 24 hours Mamak or Nasi Kandar shops... I unfortunately don’t know how to explain this to those who does not know what the two terms means. Though mamak is a name used for people who are mixed Indian and malay while nasi kandar is the name of a type of rice, which isn’t really good for health cause it has high contents of fats.

I was tagged by Gabby! I’m not quite sure what it is but I guess it is 4 facts about me. Umm... Let’s see.

Fact 1: Unlike what most of my classmates think, I am not hardworking. I love lazing around and procrastinate.

Fact 2: I deleted the video containing the figure of my World Issues lecturer in a blue spaghetti straps and denim skirt, which he confirmed today, without screenshots of him.

Fact 3: I don’t mind being alone and am not afraid of feeling lonely because it has been there for most of my life.

Fact 4: I am a tactless and very indecisive person but I’m working hard on changing those facts.

I’m tagging no one else but feel free to do it if you want to.

bleh, even tho this is a "24 hour city" things close. it sucks when you have a craving for something at 4:30am, but can't get it because your choices are limited. or what you want is too effing far from your house; it's not worth the crazy drive just to get what you want.

how come all of a sudden u and i were talking about sleep in our latest entry? >_>

even if u can't sleep... u should try to relax ur eye muscle and imagine of something wonderful like kissing someone ... and then the next minute u know u have fallen asleep.

have fun with my tip.

Oooh
Nuttz, teach me your ways...I need to change my sleeping patterns badly, but I can't figure out how. I can never fall asleep until late at night! I heard that melatonin in turkey is supposed to make you drowsy, but so far I'm immune to its effects....
