Big Ass Huge Choc!
Friday. 10.10.08 12:20 pm
I'm quoting what she said a week before "I think I bought you a really big ass chocolate bar".
Max called as I was checking if I've really finished packing my things saying "you asleep? Bringing your choc over now." I was all, "OKay....!!!" You can imagine my eyes sparkling.

See how long this baby is?

Max said "I don't know how huge this is for you but this is huge enough for me."
It is the biggest chocolate bar I've ever seen and the largest ever owned by me!!

It's a Lindt Dark Chocolate with Hazelnut.
Love it so much!! Thank you!!!!!!!!
This is my new emergency supply cause I do not have the heart to open and eat it yet. It looks so perfect in its wrapper right now.

I'm in chocolate heaven...!!!

Hugs To: AlexisNg, foolishgames, and renaye.

» foolishgames on 2008-10-10 12:44:57

Dang, that thing's big. Not as big as the chunks I've seen at Trader Joe's, but for a separately wrapped bar... man.
» randomjunk on 2008-10-10 05:35:33

Oh, you didn't type the first question wrong. I just didn't get it the first time I read it for some strange reason...

And I can't drive, so I didn't park it. :P
» randomjunk on 2008-10-10 05:37:40

When chocoloate (or anything) is wrapped up all nice like that, I don't want to open it at all. I like the packaging and wrapping so much I'll unwrap it really carefully, eat a little, wrap it back up again, and repeat -_-;;

And ryc, Aphrodite is the goddess of love, but also the goddess of beauty. She is always regarded as being very beautiful. I would've said Helen of Troy (face that launched a thousand ships) or maybe Psyche (whose beauty of which even Aphrodite was jealous), but Psyche's name doesn't really roll off the tongue, Aphrodite is much more well known, and Adonis and Aphrodite actually consorted together in the myths (the source of several poems and stories called Venus and Adonis), so that's why I picked Aphrodite. But like I said, there's no real female equivalent, so it just depends on the person?

(Sorry for writing so much, I've always been interested in Greek and Roman mythology :] )

I want the giant ass chocolate bar now... lol

you better not keep it too long... =X I had a giant ass candy cane when I was a kid and I don't know why we didn't eat it and it was 18 years old then we threw it out because it was growing some green stuff on it... x_X;;
» cynnielee on 2008-10-10 06:18:39

i guess that was the approach that i was goin for. i dont wanna be regrettin at the end of the day. if there's a way to salvage a friendship, why not right?

yes, true enough..most ppl are not aware of the names of the nuts avail. take macadamia for example or candlenut..etc

guess the existence of chocolate's good to educate n also for some health benefits as well :) oh my! u even google pics to tempt urself? bet u've got a high level of discipline there!
