I’m sending my laptop for a check up because I suspect that there is something wrong with the mother board and the battery, as I said last week or the week before that. Anyway, my uncle will be taking it there tomorrow and hopefully he remembers to do so or I’ll be away longer. Maybe I should just use his PC while my laptop is gone but that means I’ll only be online at night and would be on skype most of the times so that my aunt can have a video conference with my grandmother. So, if there is anything important, get me on my cell, if not so important, email me or leave me an offline message on MSN or something.

When I come back, I’ll post about the wedding dinner I attended last Saturday, the wedding of an uncle, the most awesome wedding dinner I’ve been to so far, so expect loads of pictures of the food.

I found out just recently that a friend who turned to be a second cousin of mine (my cousin’s cousin) is in UK, Liverpool to be exact, to further his studies. Lucky bastard! I’m jealous of him to the max!!! I wanted to go but I couldn’t. I guess that’s life, huh? Oh well, at least I get to torture some people who are out there with pictures of the food they miss and have been craving for!

I’m such a noob at baking cookies! This is my first time baking cookies. It has taken about 8 hours for me to just put the cookies on the tray and then in the oven to bake because my mother made the dough the night before. My mother says that a tray would only take about 20-30 minutes to bake but it takes about 45 minutes to an hour for me. Oh I hope the last one will be ready soon so that I can hit the showers. I’m not grumpy though... I think it is because I know I have a number of chocolate chip cookies to last me through a couple of weeks. I got to remember to keep some of my aunt who’ll be back in a fortnight’s time or I’m not going to get my Guy Lians. Why must she make me choose? Anyway, I won’t have the time to finish them up because I’m not so inconsiderate. The people she should worry about is her precious nephews who stuff themselves full and doesn’t really care if they don’t leave behind any for anyone to eat. The next time my mother bakes cookies I am sure I won’t going to bed early. I should also spend more time in the kitchen... I’m sleepy.. I want to sleep or take a really nice cold bath which would be just awesome!

I have a friend who asked me some time ago, why my blog is devoid of pictures. It is because:

1)I’m lazy to take pictures and realise that they are pixelly
2)I’m lazy to resize the pictures so that they don’t stretch out the page
3)I’m lazy to upload it to somewhere
4)I’m lazy to make sure that the link works at all times.

Although that, to kill some time while waiting for my last tray to be nicely cooked, here is a picture of one of the boxes of mangosteens that I have at home. Which I cannot enjoy much as they are to be left at home and I am going to my uncle’s place tonight.

No.. not talking about the series... and I wanted to post this up before I got tagged..

How many of you believe in supernatural beings?

I am really terrified of them. Tell me ghost stories at any time of the day and I can’t sleep till wee hours in the morning because I’m being paranoid and I scare myself with my thoughts! Tell me stories at night I’ll get goose bumps and starts freaking out soon after.

When I was really young, I stayed in this area which is sort of like in the middle of no where. The nearest town would be about half an hour away and it is surrounded by (at that time) rubber trees. In that house my mother bought and still own, there are 3 goblins. Don’t ask me how they look like, I don’t remember, I was too young to remember anything. My mother used to tell me that I can’t sleep with the lights off, because I’ll start crying. Maybe that is why sometimes in the middle of the night when I close the doors before I go to sleep, no ghost stories or anything of that kind before that, I suddenly will feel really scared and my brain is telling me that there is someone there looking at you, right in front of you.

I’ve been hearing a number of stories about the hostel I used to stay in, I know a lot of hostels have their own set of stories, but I didn’t hear about any of them when I was there. THANK GOD I’M NOT GONG BACK THERE TO STAY!!!! My ex-housemate said that there was a girl who died on the floor I used to stay on. She also told me that her friend sees “things” in her room, so does another friend who goes to visit. I was also told that another friend was very afraid to return to her apartment alone and was very thankful when her application for another room was approved. I heard from another classmate, that there was a girl who hanged herself in the other block and there was also a girl who jumped from her room into the swimming pool! No wonder I never liked going for a swim there although I have so much time because I would never want to stay in the pool for long in the two times I went.

Geez... Okay.. I’m stopping here.. Two more weeks till the 7th month of the lunar calander.. Time to sleep early and lock myself at home at night to be safe. Have you experienced anything supernatural before?

I think.... I really shouldn’t be depended on when it comes to passing messages, or my favourite term, being the middle person. I always feel horribly bad when things turn out to be in a worst situation than it was before I become the middle person. When I go back KL on Friday, I’m going to ... erm... dig a hole and bury myself. Will spare you guys the details but I’m expecting my uncle to give a really long speech... Longer than those he uses to lecture my brothers with.

I couldn’t get my hair cut... my hairdresser’s out of town... I’m really picky with them because I hate those who complain that I have a lot of hair! I DO NOT! It’s just a lot more compared to my mother and grandmother. Furthermore, I pay you to cut my hair, not complain that it is thicker than my mother and grandmother’s.

I found some more Kaori Yuki manga to be devoured. Lovely~ was getting bored waiting for another 3 episodes of my mother’s CSI to finish downloading. The one shots are getting kind of... too shoujo...

Okay.. I better go pack.. been saying that for days but I still haven't started packing.. Or maybe I should continue lazying around for a couple more ours. Toodles!

There’s been a slight change in plans. I’ll be continuing my rotting session in KL, back in my uncle’s house. My grandmother and I will be there to help my uncle pack up his stuff, clean the new house we’ll be staying in beginning next month, pack some more stuff and finally move in early August. I’ll be rotting there for a couple more weeks, my orientation and then my class will start. Staying with family will be nice for some reasons and yet not so good for some other reasons. Though travelling to campus without our own car is a total bummer. Still I’ll get used to it and I couldn’t be going to campus too often anyway but who knows?

I’m going to have to start packing now, get my hair cut, find my pedicurist, get my passport size photo and maybe get my eye checked though that might not happen. I’ll get it done when I come back again, it doesn’t matter. I’m going to send my laptop for check up and renew the warranty when I’m back so I probably won’t be online as often. I think my motherboard is going because I keep on getting this blue page asking you to check if your hardware is installed properly and I also think that there might be something wrong with my battery. It doesn’t seem to last as long as it used to, either that or I didn’t notice that I’ve lost so much time while talking to some of my friends.

My mother’s been buying mangosteens for me. Yay!! Love them to bits~~ Hope I get to eat more before I go back KL. Hope I could drop by my campus for a while before the move, hang out with friends and watch some movies among other things. I need to return Ivan his books, been with me for like a year, yet I haven’t finished one of them because it is quite dry. Maybe I can read it and fall asleep soon after. Okay. I’ll update later.
